hi dr. this is eli's wife. i just came from the peditrician, my one and 1/2 yr old was already on antibiotic for 5 days(amoxcillin 400mg). she was suppose to be on it for 10 days i felt there was no change so i took her for another check up the doctor said her both ears are also have infection which she did not have before she took the medication. so she prescribed a stronger medication(augmentin). my daugther is still having loose cough which is deep from her chest, green yellow nasal discharge which she has through out the day and on top of that, infection in her ears, her mood is okay she doesn't seem to be complaining about pain, her appetite seems to be okay . i didn't purchase the medication before consulting with you. i also checked her ears myself her left ear has some infection and her right ear is red, please advise. Also the dr. checked my 15 yr old which was complaining about having pain in her left side of her throat only in the morning and the pain goes away during the day the dr. showed that on her back of my daughter throat on the left side there is an infection an she prescribed her also augmentin. my daughter says that in the morning her throat stings on her left side and by eating the pains goes away.please also advise for her. thank you.

Hi Mrs. Eli,

Thanks for your question, as you described about 1/2 yr old so...

kindly keep in mind if one started antibiotics it cant be stopped before its prescribed period as this will promote more resistant bacteria which may need most power full antibiotics so Mrs. Eli, you have to continue her antibiotics as prescribed by her physician and Augmentin is not so strong it also contains Amoxicillin and Calvulanic acid a combination of two drugs, Calvulanic acid help to break outer shell of bacteria so they can be killed easily , so use medicines as prescribed by her physician.

And if there is some problem remains after use of antibiotics don’t worry I will prescribe again for her but only if there is need for it.

For 15 year old ......

As you described her condition if she not on antibiotics then use ( MERC SOL 200C) two pellets as a single dose every other day half an hour after breakfast, at least 3 doses and let me know about her condition, it will help and cure her infection.

Please be strict at following instructions, these are for every one who uses homeopathic medicine otherwise remedies will not work I write them again just to re consider them......

you have to stop eating some food items as these may interfere with homeopathic treatment, so do not let eat beef, raw onions, fizzy drinks, coffee, peppermints only during treatment, make sure to have a clean mouth before taking medicine and do not let eat/drink any thing at least for 30 mints before and after taking medicine, please do not touch homeopathic medicine pellets just open bottle and put pellets directly into mouth, homeopathic medicines are so delicate even touching them with clean hands may destroy their effectiveness.

hi dr. thank you for your helpful information about antibiotics. i was hesitant about giving it to her and i am against using them. i will countinue giving my 18 mths old antibiotic as you said. for my 15 yr old does it matter if i give the remedy early in the morning before she eats breakfast.

i also have a question about my 12 yr old she also was sick a week ago she took some herbal medication for it now the only thing that she has is that in the morning when she gets up she has sore throat when she swollowes it hurts but we she blows her nose the pain goes away her nasal discharge is green but as she blows more it get yellow and clear. please advise.

being a mother of a large family i thank god for putting an expert like yourself to help me through their sicknesses. thank you.

For your 15 year old you can use remedy half an hour before breakfast or early in the morning, its ok no problems.

For your 12 years old use BELLADONA 200C as a single dose half an hour before breakfast and wait for 2 days, give her one dose every 2 days after as prescribed use 3 doses and let e know about her condition.

hi dr. thank you for the reponse i wanted to let you know that when my 12 yr old got sick you advised me to give her belladonna 200c when i gave the remedy to her she got worse and my husband said that her behavior got very bad that he couldnt tolerat it and thats why we started putting her on herbal. when she went on herb her sore throat and severe headache and fever went away but at this point her nasal discharge is not responding to the herb.

for my 15 yr old she already took one dose of mer. 200c the day before and she says she doesnt feel any change should i still keep giving it to her as you prescribed before.

also for my 5 yr old you said to continue with ipecac 30c and antomonium 30 for 7 more days today is the fourth day and my husband says that she has being having this cough for so long and i also feel that with those two remedies i dont see any more improvment on her cough and nasal discharge. please advise and thank you again for being there for us.

As you described about 12 yr old if after use of herbs her nasal discharge is not responding then give her a single dose of KALI MUR 200C, two pellets of this remedy half an hour before breakfast and wait for results.

For 15 yr old kindly use remedy as prescribed it will work only we have to give some time so it can complete its action, one dose every other day, first i prescribed 3 doses but now i would suggest at least 7 doses.

For 5 yr old now it’s the time to use high potency so give her.....
one dose of IPECAC 200C half an hour before breakfast and ANTI TRAT 200C one dose half an hour after dinner, every 2 days after (one dose of each remedy per 2 days) at least 5 doses and if there are good improvements after first or 2nd or 3rd dose then use next dose after 5 days so last result giving dose can complete its action.
