Please describe in detail his symptoms...the nature of the pains, the location, when they come on, any triggers, etc?
Has he had any change in appetite? Level of thirst different?
Any other GI symptoms (diarrhea, nausea, constipation, belching, flatus, etc.)?

How old is your son?
Customer: My son is 10 years old. His pains started on his lower right side but moved across his stomach. When the pain first started he said it was like something "biting" inside his tummy. He has been eating relatively normally though he seems to think he is hungry and then doesn't eat very much. His throat is still sore this morning as well. He had diarrhoea twice yesterday but not chronic.

Hello again.
I suggest you try a homeopathic remedy called Lycopodium. Get a 30c potency, and give a dose today, then you may repeat a dose if he has a recurrence of the pains. He should need the remedy less and less over time as he improves. Sometimes one or two doses is enough.
