VerifiedWith all due respect, I would have to register a strong disagreement with the answer provided to you regarding the effectiveness of homeopathy.
Despite the aggressive claims of those who support homeopathy, the reality is that multiple studies have failed to demonstrate benefits of homeopathy for a multitude of symptoms.

Those that promote homeopathy will raise their voices against the scientific evidence claiming that physicians who do not accept their "treatments" as effective are brainwashed by the pharmaceutical companies and members of some conspiracy to prevent patients from getting their almost miraculous "cures".
I would suggest having your son evaluated by a physician with a MD or DO degree.
Hi there - thanks for that information. I have two possible remedies for you to consider along with some basic immune boosting ideas. I will start with the remedies.
At first glance it looks like homeopathic Lycopodium could fit this case nicely. And that is the one I would suggest you start with. A strength of 30C, available at most health food stores, 3 pellets once a day. The other possibility is a remedy commonly used in children, called Calcarea carbonicum or Calc-c. If you do not see significant improvement over 6-8 weeks with the Lycopodium, I would suggest switching over to this one, again, 30C, 3 pellets once a day.
Basic immune approaches include a diet low in sugar and high in antioxidants (fresh fruits and vegetables). Vitamin C, Elderberry syrup and plenty of fresh and clean drinking water every day will go a long way to supporting the immune function of a child.
The other thing I would suggest is to consider having food sensitivities checked as something very simple like a dairy or gluten sensitivity could be triggering low level chronic inflammation in his system leading to these symptoms. The lab I like the best for this, with the best research is Alcat Laboratories. Your doc can order this test for you and it can really make a difference in symptoms when foods that are triggering inflammation are removed from the diet. Often with upper respiratory congestion it turns out to be dairy (cows milk) but it is best to test for it.
