Dear i am so sorry that your nephew is suffering a lot, yes there is much hope in homeopathy to treat and cure him form chronic bronchiectasis, asthma increasing more with pneumonias , arrange (IPECAC 30c), (ARSENICUM ALBUM 30c) AND (NATRUM SULF 30c) from any homeopathic pharmacy and give him one pellet of each medicine (let him chew pellet) every 3 hourly if there is some improvement with in few days then continue the treatment and also arrange (BLATTA ORENTALIS 30c) if nothing is working to ease his condition in case of an attack, then give him this medicine one pellet every 10 mints to relive, when he is better stop giving blatta 30c and resume back to first three medicines, continue treatment at least for 40 to 50 days for best results and improvements will begin with 2 days time only, you have to stop eating some food items as these may interfere with homeopathic treatment, so do not let him eat beef, rice, raw onions, fizzy drinks, coffee, peppermints only during treatment, and if there is need I will assist you as needed.
