Dear I have studied the case, and found remedy which is not constitutional its specific remedy for phalangeal degenerative cysts, just buy (CALCERIA FLOURATUM 12X) from any homeopathic pharmacy take 4 pellets of medicine three times a day half an hour after meals, it will help a lot to cure this problem, it is a chronic problem so may be it will take 2 to 3 months to cure.
