I need help setting up my Connect Home

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model number of your TV? How old is it?

Samsung Smart tv 5 series model number UN50M5300AF and idk the year but I just got it 2weeks ago

Technician's Assistant: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?

No that's all fine jst cat do much without internet

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue with your UN50M5300AF? What happened right before this?
