I have a Denon AVR 2808CI surround sound receiver I had a first generation Apple TV and upgraded my TV to a Samsung Smart TV 4K The Apple TV worked for a while and then died

Technician's Assistant: What is your AVR 2808CI connected to or paired with? Are all cables connected tightly?

I have tried to connect an upgraded Apple TV with no luck Is this a handshake issue Do I need to buy a new 4K Apple Tv Is the Denon HDMI limited only to 1080p

Technician's Assistant: Have you tried a different audio source (e.g. another TV, computer, or CD)?

Not understanding audio source question The tv indicates there is NO SIGNAL

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Theater Expert to know before I connect you?

The HDMI ports work. I connected the cable box to the both HDMI ins ports and both work
