Having trouble voice control...

Having trouble voice control on SBP 60 bluetooth speaker. Keeps telling me to please change the battery optimisation. I have tried and still no luck. Could you please help

I have gine to phone settings menu to battery. Battery optimization not optimized and select all apps except voice control app

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your F5121? What have you tried so far?

I only received the speaker yesterday for christmas so it has been like this from this morning
