Bose wave radio / cd player .... will not play radio perfect .... player not making connecction

Technician's Assistant: What's the make/model number of your stereo? How old is it?

Model # awrc-1p bose ware radio - CD 023075C0250

Technician's Assistant: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?

Really not any ...different cd's ... making sure the cd player is on??

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Theater Expert to know before I connect you?

You can hear something turning...but the cd is not connectiong
