The switch on my...

The switch on my Bose acoustic noise cancelling headphones is not working properly. Sometimes it will not turn on and other times after I turn it on I hear static and then it starts working properly. Any advice.

Technician's Assistant: What's the make and model of your tv, and has turning it on been a problem in the past?

It's not a TV, is headphones.

Technician's Assistant: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?

It just started and I've made sure the battery is charged.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Theater Expert to know before I connect you?

No, only that it appears to be a switch problem.
