HI, I have a Bose soundlink color II speakers that went dead all of a sudden (they are not charging), how can I fix them?
JA: Are there any lights on your SoundLink that are lit or blinking?
Customer: No lights whatsoever!
JA: Have you tried resetting your speaker?
Customer: How do I do that?

How old are the speakers?

If they went dead then they likely have an internal fault that will need to be repaired at a Bose service center:
