I have a Panasonic SA-PM500 and went to turn it off and somehow changed channels on the radio and I cannot seem to get back to the channel?radio station I had, please help Chrissie
JA: What's the exact make and model of your television? And how long has this been happening with the channels?
Customer: It it a radio/Ipod/cd player
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Just happened and I cannot find anythinf online to help.

The "...P1 to P2..." would indicate that the Panasonic is in memory preset mode.

As above posted, try manually tuning. Please see "Manual tuning" in the instruction sheet.

Multiple post delays my ability to reply.

Consider a RESET. A reset is both a test and a try of a fix. As it implies, a reset would force the unit to revert back to factory defaults removing glitches and config errors but would include memories, presets and user preferences. After a reset, the initial setup would have to be performed. If have not been done and should you venture to try: Please click / tap HERE.

May have to be done a number of times.

Once done, try the manual tuning again and/or set presets/memories.

This is very critical - a reset however would not be corrective of an internal hardware concern; but it would be confirmed. In some instances, it may even expose/cause other issues.
