Customer Question

Hello Pearl, I "inherited" a Denon AVR 3801 receiver, but it is very complicated apparently as I am not able to get sound out of the Am/fm
JA: What's the make/model number of your stereo? How old is it?
Customer: Don't know the age, but it is an AVR 3801 surround recievef
JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Well I've pushed every button in every combination I know how, that's about all the info I have. No manual
JA: Anything else you want the theater expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No
