JA: What's the make/model number of your stereo? How old is it?
Customer: Model AV18 Media Center
JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?

If you've unplugged it and plugged it back in, and it still doesn't work, then it will need to be sent to Bose for repair. You'll have to call them and let them know it's coming. They will give you an RA number and shipping instructions. They will offer you a flat rate repair, and if they cannot fix it, they will offer you a new unit at an incredibly discounted rate.
