Customer Question

Hi. I have a panasonic surround sound system and on one of my speakers there's a little white cord in the back that has been pulled out and therefore its distorting my audio. My question is is there anyway to fix that or would I have to get a new surround sound system?
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: If I'd have to guess I'd say 3-4 years old at least. I'll check to see what model
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: This just happened this morning and I have not done anything to it in regards ***** ***** The model number is ***** and the code on the back of this particular speaker is TT9EA003752
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No that's all
