Should I leave my soundlink spkr III pluged in for long periods of time?
JA: What's the make/model number of your stereo? How old is it?

JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Ive sent back to bose and had it repaired. Im trying to determine about best how to preserve the battery life

With these types of batteries it is best to keep it at full power as long as possible, so keep it charged as much as you can.

Then once a month, run it only on battery until it is near flat and then charge it up again, which is known as conditioning the battery.

This will ensure the best performance of the unit.
