I'm having trouble with the bottom three CD discs. I can't

Customer Question

I'm having trouble with the bottom three CD discs. I can't get them to play.
JA: What's the make/model number of your stereo? How old is it?
Customer: I purchased it around 2007. I've got serial numbers if that will work.
JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Its been an issue for quite a while. I've got CD's in the drives and can't get them out. Usually if I turn the system off, they will eject.
JA: Anything else you want the theater expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I looked for the update CD. I thought if I ran that it might clear up the issue, but I can't find it. That is my only problem. The top CD works ok. It's just the bottom unit.

Could you tell me the model number? It sounds like this is a bose wave system?

Do you get an error message?

Or does it eject the discs right away?
