Hello, I have a Bose sound link Mini. it was working a week ago connected to my computer and HP Pavilion. I gone thru all the steps that you are suppose to. It say it is working properly but then it is only paired
JA: What's the make/model number of your stereo? How old is it?
Customer: 413295 about 4 or 5 years
JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: all the recommended. I went to sound settings, It will not recognize the Bose
JA: Anything else you want the theater expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: It is charged and green lite is on and white blinking and sometimes blue

If it only pairs, then you are trying to connect it by Bluetooth, right?

If so, then Bluetooth works this way: setup first, then pair the two devices, then connect the two devices. So pairing comes before connecting, but what happens when you try to connect, after pairing?

Pairing, but no connection. There may be something wrong with the setup of Bluetooth, on both sides, both devices or either device.

Check your connection in every respect. PIN must be correct, and sometimes connecting must be from the right side and won't work from the other side / the other device.
