No power to my av receiver
JA: What's the make/model number of your stereo? How old is it?
Customer: air 2105 10 years old
JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: nothing happened. Working night before, today, no power. checked power connection and plug works and cords attached correctly
JA: Anything else you want the theater expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Is there a reset procedure I can try?

Is this a Denon AVR2105?

Is it turning on at all, or is the front panel display flashing (or red light flashing) or clicking?

No, it is dark and nothing happens when I press power button

Thank you for confirming,

Power it off using the small on/off button (not the bigger standby button)

then press and hold the Speaker A and B buttons,

keep holding while pressing the on/off button (small) once more,

until the display starts flashing, then release and try to power on normally.
