JA: What's the make/model number of your stereo? How old is it?

JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: this 3 disc changer was not used. when disc jammed I took the bottom off & removed the disc ,ree attached with same results

To force-eject the disc, try turning the system off, then press and hold the STOP/EJECT button whilst turning the power on again.
