I got a message that a firmware update was available for my Denon avr-e400. When I attempted the update I get a connection fail03 and a notice that there is no hdmi connection.
JA: What's the exact make and model of your television? And have you done any troubleshooting yourself?
Customer: I t is a Toshiba, I believe the model is 58L135OU
JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've tried turning the receiver off and on and resetting the power.
