My denon is connected to my bose surround sound and samsung

my denon is connected to my bose surround sound and samsung hd tv......presently not getting any sound ....through the surround sound system..and the denon is showing all of the right settings....when I turn off the denon, I get sound through the tv only....
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: a samsung 65 in...4k ultra hd smart led lcd tv....was purchased 7/25/15..
JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: rebooting the cable box....running through the sound set up on the tv....
