I have a Bose Wave Radio/CD player. No problems w/the radio

Customer Question

I have a Bose Wave Radio/CD player. No problems w/the radio or clock but when I put in a CD, there is no sound. This unit is at lease 10 years old and I do not know where the paperwork is for it. Any suggestions. Thanks.
JA: What's the make/model number of your stereo? How old is it?
Customer: Bose Wave Radio/CD. Where is the model number located?
JA: What happened right before this popped up? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have not tried any troubleshooting because I don't know what to do.
JA: Anything else you want the theater expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Yes, the unit is at least 10 years old and I have never had any problems with it until now.

Hello, my name is Rusty. Sometimes in Bose radios, they can freeze up in weird ways. Before I send you to the repair department, I want you to unplug the radio for 1 minute. Hold the eject button while you plug it back in. Try playing a CD, and tell me the results.
