Im asking about the visio sound bar we bought. The sound is not balanced. The music is too loud and the talking is too quiwt. What can we do.
JA: What's the model number of your TV? How old is it?
Customer: E421VL It is 6 years old
JA: Does the TV menu work? Do you have the same problem on all sources/inputs?
Customer: yes we have a menu. yes.

Customer: We bought a visio soundbar and we have had this trouble ever since. Isnt it that the sound bar is not balanced?
