Thank you for confirming.
The closest repair shop that could work on this (and really the only one within 50 miles) is:
DAC Electronics Repair
4514 North Ella Road(###) ###-####/p>
However, while the issue may be repairable, I would caution you against having it repaired. It just isn't going to be economical to have any repairs done on it. This is a 2002 model receiver which was designed for a service life of 5 years. It has served that life nearly 3 times over at this point, and greatly exceeded any value that could be reasonably expected of it.
A typical repair will be in the $300 range, which is more than enough to buy a brand new model with updated features and a fresh warranty. I can recommend replacement options for you, if you'd prefer.
If you have any other questions, just let me know. Otherwise, please take a moment to rate my service as this is the only way I am credited for my time. Hopefully I have earned 5 Stars but if not please let me know what I can do to ensure you are satisfied. I also invite you to contact me directly with any future support needs at http://bit.ly/1QwLxGh and ask for Nathan.
Thank you, ***** ***** a nice day,
