How do I get to the front panel display lights? All but one are blown.
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: It is a Pioneer SX727, probably purchased in the late 70's.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: The lights quit back in the 90's. Now I have a new workshop and I would like to be able to tune the receiver without having to use an external light. If need be, I can go out and get the serial number.
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: The receiver seems to be working fine, so I have no other questions.

My reply is this: I knew that a service manual was the way to go, but being a previous JustAnswer user I thought I'd give you the question. Pete's reply that says, "... see the Service Manual..." is NOT worth $25.00 dollars! I could spend the time looking online for the manual and probably have gotten a copy of the service manual for free!
This is the 2nd time I've been very disappointed with JustAnswer. I would like you refund the charges to my credit card.
I do not appreciate being told , "....see the service manual..." for the $25.00 cost. I am absolutely unhappy with the answers I've gotten from JustAnswer!
Thanks for telling me what I was thinking was right!
