Thanks for confirming,

wifi updates are never recommended for this exact reason. In most cases, it cannot be fixed.

But, there are a few steps we can attempt here to reset and possibly to manually run the update again,

Yes that is what we will try first,

power off,

then press and hold the straight button on the front panel (not the remote) while powering back on,

does that do anything? Show anything on screen?
