My name is ****, I have an Onkyo TX-NR709 receiver. Had no sound or speaker indicators displayed. I did the hair dryer on the DTS chip. It brought back sound, but now I have all 6 indicators lit up, but no sound coming from right front speaker, Reconnected both positive and negative wires, Still no sound, Now after watching for about 15 minutes, the speaker indictors are still all there, but again, I have no sound, Very frustrating when you find something on=line to help you with the fix, then the fix works, but not like it did before, Then sound going out completely again, I at my ropes end of what to do next, short of purchasing a new unit.
