I just got the original subwoofer cables from a soundspace

I just got the original subwoofer cables from a soundspace 10 and use them on my soundspace 12. Everything seems to be hooked up correctly,the CD is spinning and counting but there is no sound coming out for neither one of subs or speakers.Please note that the subs it does make like a click sound when connected to the controller

Are the subwoofer cables good?

Can you see any sign of damage?

Can you test them for continuity?

I actually get sound now but only from Tuner - FM , and from all the inputs except VIDEO1 , still no sound from CD/DVD

Ok, this can be due to the source you are playing - if the VIDEO1 signal or CDs haven't been recorded with surround sound, you won't hear anything through the Soundspace system.
