My S3821w-CO soundbar has to be continually reset in order

My S3821w-CO soundbar has to be continually reset in order to power on. It has done this ever since I bought the unit in 9/2014. There is a software update for this problem. However, my serial number doesn't have the appropriate suffix to make it useable. How do I correct this problem?

The problems you are having now are quite typical of vizio sound bars and especially in that serie.

Sorry to say but nothing can really be done with these low ends electronics beside replacing it when under warranty , no parts , manuals etc. are available

Only thing really is to keep the constant reboots

Again , those are known for it
