Hello, what can i check?
Expert:  ITPeter replied 1 year ago.

Can you check if the iPod works with any other dock?
Or if any other iPod works with your Purefi Express Plus dock?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Hi, the ipod works on the other docker, my other ipod does not work on the Logitech.
Expert:  ITPeter replied 1 year ago.

Ok, so the Logitech may have a fault.
First, check around the connection area for any dirt that may be obstructing the connection.
If the contact area is clean then the fault is likely internal, and it will need to be returned to Logitech for repair.

Hi Pete, it seems the connection is OK. Might have to take it to the Logitech agent. Is there one in Johannesburg?

Hi Royden,

If you get in touch with Logitech support they will give you directions on how to arrange the return and where to send it:
