Sorry to hear you’re having trouble.

Does this only happen on cable/satellite? Ever when using dvd, games, apps, etc?
How are your devices currently connected?

everything is connected to receiver

Well how do you get your tv channels?
Cable/satellite? Look at the back of the pioneer and tell me how/where that box is connected.

Then test other inputs as well, such as dvd for example, and see if that has sound issues too.
