Hello, I’m Nathan, and I’ll be assisting you today. My livelihood depends on your positive feedback, so your satisfaction is my highest priority.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble.

What is the bose connected to?
Can you still get sound from the tv speakers, or is it affected also?
Does this happen on all sources/inputs?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Just to the tv. But i disconnect and reconnect and it works normal for about 10 seconds. Than its just a loud sound like when an old computer gets frozen and sound real loud.

The sound from the tv speaker is fine, but i turn them off and only use bose to listen to the tv.

Thank you for confirming.

This can be a hardware fault in the bose, or a signal issue from the tv.

Go into the tv setup menu and look for the audio options.

Find a setting for audio output/format, and set it to PCM or Stereo (not dolby/digital/auto) and let me know if that helps.
