Hi there,

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Sound. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter first to check if the issue is with your Audio:

  1. Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
  2. Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
  3. Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
  4. Run the playing Audio troubleshooter

If the issue persists, try the following:

Try updating or install latest Audio drivers from the Altec Lansing website and check if the issue persists.
Follow the steps to update the audio drivers:

  1. Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.
  2. Expand the Sound, Video and game controllers.
  3. Right-click on the Sound card and click on Update driver software.
  4. Restart the computer and check.

Let me know if you would like remote assistance with any of this.
