Customer Question

I have an AVR-E300. I notice that my center channel speaker is not playing. When I use Audyssey set up, I get a phase info error. I did check and the speaker connection seems OK. Any clues on what to do

Hello, my name is Rusty. Phase info error means that your speaker wires are connected backwards. Power off your receiver. On the center speaker only, switch the speaker wires. Right now it is connected backwards, so just swap them, run the audyssey test, and tell me the results.
