Customer Question

I have two AVR-2100W that I was using with a iMac running iTunes. One complete install, they worked great but now they play a song and then cut out. They wait till the song changes in iTunes to give an error message. (-15008) It would be great to get it to be stable again.

Hello. Welcome to Just Answer. Please allow me to assist you with your question today. I am John, I will do my very best to help you solve this problem.

If you turn off one AVR, is the other one working fine? If only one works, then they are interfering with each other if they are ON at the same time, let me know if this is the case. I just want to isolate the issue first.

Also, how are you streaming to the AVR?

Thank you,
