Customer Question

I did what you said and it all seemed like it would work but when I toggled the speaker button, from A to B to A&B, the inside speakers never turned off. I checked the connections in the back and I did have the outside speakers correctly connected to the
surround back/bi-amp/ B terminals. What could I have done wrong now?

Appreciate your patience.
When using the SPEAKER button to select SP A and then SP B and then SP A+B, what is shown in the Sony's display screen please?
