I reconnected my Denon receiver after AT&T put in my cable

I reconnected my Denon receiver after AT&T put in my cable and though I get TV when I try to get Internet radio through the Denon receiver I get a "No Network Connection" "check config". Seems as the receiver is not accepting the internet though the TV is. I know there are no free lunches and I could probably get Tier 2 support from AT&T if I scream loud enough so what do you charge and I'm not putting my CC out unless it's paypal or something 3rd party. Sorry if I sound cynical

Hello, In order to determine what's causing this, we need more info.
1) What's the model number of the Denon?
2) When ATT installed cable, did they change your router?
3) Was the Denon receiving internet radio BEFORE ATT came?

Also, is the Denon hard-wired to your Router, or does it use Wi-Fi?
