Customer Question

I have a D7050BT 01144e. I have had unending problems with Bluetooth pairing/connection to my Microsoft Surface 2 Pro. Have tried a lot of things, some of which seem to have been a fix, but only to find it is temporary. I guess it's most likely a MS software issue, but can you give any advice?

Hi there,
Check that you have the latest updates installed on the Surface:
Step 1: Swipe in from the right edge of the screen and tap Settings.
Step 2: Tap or click Change PC settings, then tap or click Update and recovery.
Step 3: Tap or click Check now.
Step 4: If updates are available, tap or click View details.
Step 5: Tap or click to select the updates you want to install, and tap or click Install.
You may need to restart your Surface after the updates have installed.

Yes, thanks, I've done that no change. Each time I try to pair/connect the NAD I get the same error message "That didn't work. Make sure the device is still discoverable". I am able to connect with my Andoid phone and a set of Bose Bluetooth headphones, but not the NAD - correction, I am able to connect to the NAD sometimes, but getting there is a chore every time.

BTW, the Surface is about 1 metre from the NAD and there's no EMR interference that I can tell.

Does NAD know about such issues?
