Hello , my name is Jack
Perhaps I can help you with this problem but first i would have a few questions ;
If you turn it off and back on right away , is the volume normal again for a few minutes or it has to cool off first ?
Have you tried tapping around the receiver cabinet to see if that may affect it ?
If you still have he remote control for it and if so , does that mean that you cannot control the volume either with it or directly on the receiver ?
