Don't know the model..it is a soundbar with wireless sub woofer
Can you please un plug ,wait for 3 minutes, and when plugging back in HOLD IN POWER BUTTON for ~ 5 seconds
I don't know if it's listed on the sound bar but I can look....

Didn't work still on mute
OK please PRES AND HOLD VOLUME "UP" AND VOLUME "DOWN" BUTTONS AT THE SAME TIME for about 2 seconds
