I cannot get it back online. I have tried resetting it and still nothing. When I am in the set up mode I get to the chimes and the so is searching for the camara and it times out as it can't find it.
JA: What's the brand and model of your appliance? How old is it?
Customer: It is Arlo q and it's maybe 3 years old
JA: How long has this been going on? What have you tried so far?
Customer: My sister disconnected it at my mom's 4-5 months ago and since than I am unable to get it back on or my 2nd camara
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I removed the camaras from the app and after that I read I needed to do something in setting of the camara to reset it

I removed the AP and reinstalled it. Still the AP does not recognize the camara.

Okay my modem had to be rebooted. So I tried connecting the cameras again and it still does not work. Wi-Fi is working as it is on my phone

I get to the blue light on the device and hear the chime, but the AP cannot find the camaras. It times out. I am wondering if it has to do with me trying to reset them.
