Tried to enter new user but i must have hit the wronge buttons now code 09 check light is on and no ready light

Technician's Assistant: Are you trying to access your DVR using a computer, or on the DVR itself?

No dvr just alarm system

Technician's Assistant: Did you buy your DVR new or did you receive it secondhand? Do you have an email address on file for your DVR?

No dvr

The error code 09 is an issue with the wireless receiver or keyswitch.

This code popped up when I try to enter in a new user. I'm sure I push a wrong button the system was working fine prior. It seems like this code comes up a lot as I do a search on the internet. What should I check
