I have difficulty logging in to my arlo. What is the correct browser & address.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last change your Wi-Fi password?

Let me check. Since 12/27/17.

Technician's Assistant: Have you connected to this Wi-Fi network from a laptop or desktop (either Mac or PC) in the past?

Desktop DELL T5500. Xfinity/comcast.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Network Expert to know before I connect you?

I was having problems logging in to Arlo, but I have been able to get into my Account. I hope things are resolved. These problems are confusing & complicated.
