All eight channels on my recorder say video loss

Technician's Assistant: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?

Swann I'll have to look for the model, it has eight channels and I bought it at walmart.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?

2 to 3 years old.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Security Expert to know before I connect you?

Did you recently have any power outages or thunderstorms before the problem occurred?

Check the power connections - without power, the cameras will fail to operate. Checking the power input should be the first step in troubleshooting this.

Check all of the physical connections and reboot the system.
