Customer Question

It has been offline since the start of last week. Plus all the cameras are not working. Please help us ASAP. We've been badly flooded in Kingwood
JA: What's the exact make and model of the camera? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: they are approximately four years old. But I really need to get the system back on line first.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Thus far it's been approximately 12 days.
JA: Anything else you want the Security Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: At this point this should do it. Thanks Pearl.

Hi

Sorry for the delay...

Sounds like the camera power supply has been disconnected or failed... If the screen is running but all the camera positions are blue or bland then the supply feeding the cameras is not there... Check it is firmly plugged in, if it is then it may be faulty and need replacing...
