What is the model number of the system?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
I have no idea where to find it. It was purchased around 9 years ago.The reason I neddd to know how to turn it off is when the power fails for whatever reason it has an intermittent shirt that keeps me up at night . It also seems to open the automatic gate and 15 minutes after power is restored, turn on the TV . Can't live life like that !

Is it a TV? Tablet? DVD player? Have you used the power button on the main unit rather than the remote control?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Golly day.I do have the app on the phone, but that won't allow me to turn it off. It's s hardwired system integrated into the house. No remote. Keypads and a confusing main board for geeks only. I can send you a picture if that would help. But it'll be later in the day. Gotta get the kids.
