Customer Question

I think I need to reset one of my camera"s passwords
JA: What's the exact make and model of the camera? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: lnc234. we purchased them about a year ago
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Just about 4 or 5 days. all three o the other cameras are working, but this oneis giving me trouble, so I may have messed it up after trying several times to get it to work
JA: Anything else you want the security expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: it was emailing me that there was activity, and I was trying to get it to stop during the day

There is a small reset button on the camera.

While the camera is powered on, press with a pin or small object for at least 4 seconds to reset the camera to factory defaults.

This will reset the password ***** the camera.
You can then try reconfiguring it again.
