Good morning I was having troubles at the beginning. A support tech assisted me in setting up viewing my screen. Now I had tried to get this going. I had put in different passwords or diferant names. I need to reset it so I can start over with passwords and user name

Customer: it's new this is the first time seting this system uo. Let me get the serial #

Customer: I just startet it's a NEW system. Tech support got it set up via internet
