we brought this system for the office and set the password ***** left out of town the next day and been gone for a week and we forgot the password ***** a swann professional HS

JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?

Have you tried the default password? You will need to login with the default user name (admin) and password... If no luck then the unit will have to be defaulted back and reprogrammed up again... Who did you buy this off?

We purchased it buy just over a month ago n set the password ***** we went out of town for 2 weeks n came back n realized we had forgot it n we have tried the default
